Jeffrey Wade and Edward Hasicka are Licensed Real Estate Brokers who own NextHome Residential. With almost 60 years of combined business experience and over a decade as business partners, Jeff and Eddie are the ideal brokers for today’s real estate environment.

They bring technology prowess, global executive management expertise, and seasoned sales leadership from their successful careers in the technology industry to the fast-paced New York market with a keen focus on the success of their agents.

Above all else, mentorship and the sharing of expertise are a cornerstone of their management philosophy. In their view, the agent is the life blood of NextHome Residential.

Our Office

NextHome Residential views the traditional office as a thing of the past. Buyers and sellers demand more flexibility from today’s agents with a premium placed on valuing their time.

We want agents to maximize their time growing their business in the best way possible: increasing face time with their clients. We leverage two primary office models to serve New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County clientele.

NO DESK FEES

In today’s mobile work environment, we know agents spend time with their clients at many locations. We provide technology to free our agents from being tethered to the office, so a desk fee is irrelevant.

AFFORDABLE & FLEXIBLE FEES

Our Agent Fee Structure is as simple as you can get. We offer two models: a monthly flat rate fee, or a percentage of the firm’s commission for the transaction. In either case, there are no surprises. No extra fees, period.

NextHome Residential offers agents the option to change plans every six months. Why change plans? One common reason is seasonal. During the slower winter season, our agents can choose the percentage option. Then, when the spring market arrives, our agents can switch to the flat rate option. And for our new agents, the percentage option allows them to build their businesses without the monthly fee until they sell their first home.

NO FLOOR TIME

We enable our agents to receive leads we generate (and those they cultivate) directly to their mobile device. And aside from referrals, most buyers and sellers find their prospective agents online. Our programs assure agents a strong social media presence to ensure they are found.

INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY

Achieved through custom in-house development and partnerships with creative product developers from around the country, our technology, advertising, marketing, training and integrated systems are world class. Experience a comprehensive platform and full set of services accessed from our agent’s individual NextHome portal.

SUPPORT

NextHome Residential provides on-demand, web-based and live training for our programs and services. Our agents may communicate with brokers or speak directly with a live NextHome corporate support staff person that is focused on responding promptly and accurately to questions.

NO SIGN-UP FEES

NextHome Residential does not charge agents to join our firm. We think that’s silly.

LEADS

Our leads are generated from a variety of sources that we provide, including our website, the Featured Listings program, Mobile Connect, Reach150, real estate property website profiles, and local marketing tailored to New York City & Long Island. These leads are free and exclusively for our agents.

Training

Knowledge is power and essential to agent success. Our agents stay ahead of new technologies, consumer trends, transactional shifts and more through progressive products and training provided by NextHome and hands-on mentoring.
